Before you come in
Worth knowing
Colour takes time
A full head of highlights or a balayage can run past three hours once the toning and finishing are done. Book an evening if you cannot spare a morning.
Patch tests
If you are new, or it has been six months or more since your last colour here, you need a patch test at least two days beforehand. It takes about two minutes.
Bring pictures
Photos of what you like, and what you really do not, are far more use than trying to describe a shade out loud. Screenshots on your phone are grand.
